My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: I have been full time into DAOs as a contributor since 2020 and have witnessed this space develop from scratch, I believe in its future and want to bring my contribution to it. My involvement is mainly in public good DAOs (1Hive, Gitcoin, Giveth), but also DEFI projects like UMA/Across and since 2023 leading L2s such as Arbitrum DAO(contributor and grant program manager since 2023).

My experiences and background in public goods, grant programs, DAOs, but also anti fraud work give me a unique vision and understanding of the space and I wish to export some of the knowledge I've gathered to help the ZKsync Nation.

Big fan of decentralized & creative approaches to product building, luv leveraging the collective intelligence of web3 communities, bottom-up approaches(with risk mitigation) and positive sum experiments. I also enjoy connecting web3 dots in my spare time.

Why should you delegate to me? Well..here are some of my major achievements in web3:

• Helped save over 1.5 million $ in funding as the Grant Eligibility team @ Gitcoin DAO over four seasons(GG11-GG15). Reviewed over 3000 grant applications.
• Managed The Arbitrum on Gitcoin grant programs(over 500k $ in funding distributed via QF) for Arbitrum DAO via Thank ARB
• Created the NFBeez project in a true collaborative way with the Gnosis and public goods communities(it was a 100% collaborative and transparent project)
• Created a new allocation(& voting) mechanism called Convex funding(still in research mode) + a bunch of other things like supporting OS software, helping great builders and public good developers find funding, consulting on multiple projects, etc

My professional background is in telecomm engineering, but I'm also a creative doing digital art, creating trends and a fan of fashion design.

I am a big believer that DAOs are a new organizational structure enabled by the internet & crypto and want to see them succeed!
